Power
Capabilities extend into complete power supply/system assembly including power
distribution modules in both AC and DC supplies/systems. Supplies/systems are
tested to a customer or in-house specification measuring parameters outlined
by customer including the basics: start up, voltage range, amperage range,
ripple/noise, and polarity in both load and no-load conditions. Our power
supply integration has been proven in thousands of cabinets and enclosures.
Fan
Trays
We have experience in both integration and testing of fan trays that extends
into thousands of units. The integration of fans includes both static (running
full speed all the time) and controllable (fan speed and function controlled
by circuit card). The integration of controllable fans includes the
integration of the circuit cards and sensors.
Basic Interconnect/Cable
Harness Assembly
We build, install and test interconnect and cable harness assemblies in
interconnect and power applications. These cables range from 28 AWG to 2 AWG.
We install and test RF cables and devices but do not build these cables. All
cables (except RF) are built with certified equipment including crimp
monitors. We even have developed a proprietary method to test electrically the
crimp integration, insuring full load, amperage and vibration defects.
Full System
Full system integration and testing to customer requirements including cycle
testing and burn-in as specified. We prefer to mimic the same test as the
customer used which can be programmed into automated equipment. Integration is
performed via documented work instructions including the use of calibrated and
toque controlled tools.
Printed Circuit Board
Experienced at the integration of cards both at a basic level and building to
a customer configuration. Circuit cards integration experience is mainly on a
card cage insertion and test to a basic or custom configuration but also
includes "mother board" type where components plug into circuit card. "Flash"
memory and EPROM experience/programming to the circuit card or chip which was
integrated onto the card.
