Continuity
Automated testing is based on computerized matrix "truth" table. Equipment
also performs point to point continuity testing and diagnostic testing which
points the technician to the most likely defect.
Hi Pot (Electrical Testing Process)
Full spectrum of Hi Pot testing to 10 KVA with current equipment. Equipment
is programmable and either manual test or computer controlled via interface
IEEE. Also, testing can include: Ground bond, Continuity, Hi-Pot, Insulation
Resistance, Leakage, and Ground Screen.
System Level
Complete system testing to customer requirements
including cycle testing and burn-in as specified. We prefer to mimic the same
test as the customer used which can be programmed into the automated equipment.
